CRG is a private resource investment company trading in quality resource projects. CRG is managed by an experienced team of geoscientists and resource professionals, dedicated to generating long term returns for its shareholders.

In line with its focused business strategy, CRG is seeking undervalued resource project opportunities with the aim of progressing these investments through to a logical decision point. The group is currently pursuing precious and base metal opportunities in Australia, however will continue to consider opportunities in other jurisdictions and commodities as markets develop and opportunities present themselves.

Capricorn Metals Limited

CRG holds a 9.9% interest in Capricorn Metals Limited (ASX: CMM).

Greenmount Resources Pty Ltd a company founded by the CRG team specifically to purchase the Karlawinda Gold Project was acquired by Capricorn Metals (formally Malagasy Minerals Limited) in February 2016. Since that time the project has grown to a total JORC 2012 compliant Resource base estimated at 1.5million ounces of gold, with an open pit Reserve of 28Mt @ 1.0g/t containing 892,000 ounces.

Trek Metals Limited

CRG holds a significant interest in Trek Metals Limited (ASX: TKM).

In August 2016 CRG made a significant investment in Trek Metals (formally Zambezi Resources Limited). In November 2016 Trek Metals acquired an interest in the now 100% owned Kroussou Zinc-Lead project located on the margin of the Cotier (Costal) Basin in Gabon, Africa.

Iberian Pyrite Belt Project

CRG holds a 21% interest in Pico del Centro Pty Ltd (Private Company)

Pico del Centro (PDC) was formed in May 2017 and signed a binding term sheet with a Spanish exploration company (Exploraciones Mineras del Andevalo S.L) in June 2017 to explore the Iberian Pyrite Belt for base and precious metal deposits. Four exploration licences are currently held under application through two joint venture companies, approximately 60km north-west of Seville, Spain.

The Abejorro applications are located approximately 8km south-east of the Rio Tinto mining operation which has current Measured and Indicated Resources of 203Mt@0.46% Cu for 930kt Cu.

The tenure at Abejorro sits within a favourable structural regime along key east-west trending thrust fault zones and also along north-west fault zones interpreted to be major reactivated transfer zones, key to both basin architecture and also the focus of mineralising fluids. These structures can be traced from the giant Rio Tinto deposit south east into the Abejorro tenement area.

Work programs to be completed at the Abejorro Project include infill gravity surveying, first-pass magnetotelluric (MT) geophysics and ionic geochemistry surveys.

The team at CRG has extensive industry experience collectively spanning over 80 years, with relevant experience in large multinationals through to the smallest of start-up companies. Individually they have been directly involved in the discovery of several mineral deposits that have been developed into economic mining operations generating in excess of a billion dollars in value for shareholders.

The CRG corporate and management structure provides the flexibility to act quickly and seeks to enable the company to structure individual project ownership to facilitate optimum outcomes for CRG shareholders and project stakeholders.

Heath is a Geologist with 25 years' exploration experience in gold, base metals and diamond exploration, predominantly in Australia and West Africa. Heath has previously held senior exploration positions with a number of successful mining and exploration groups including Resolute Mining Limited (ASX: RSG) and DeBeers Australia Pty Ltd. Heath joined Independence Group NL (ASX: IGO) in 2000 prior to the Company's IPO and was part of the team that identified and acquired the Tropicana project area, eventually leading to the discovery of the Tropicana gold deposit.

Most recently Heath was the co-founding Executive Director of Doray Minerals Limited (ASX: DRM), where he was responsible for the Company's exploration and new business activities. Following the discovery of the Andy Well gold deposits in 2010, Doray Minerals was named "Gold Explorer of the Year" in 2011 by The Gold Mining Journal and in 2014 Heath was the co-winner of the prestigious "Prospector of the Year" award, presented by the Association of Mining and Exploration Companies. In 2016 Heath was instrumental in the acquisition of the Karlawinda Gold Project to form Capricorn Metals Limited (ASX: CMM).

Heath is currently an independent Non-Executive Director of Core Lithium Ltd (ASX: CXO) and Duketon Mining Limited (ASX: DKM).

Brad is a Geologist and has over 15 years' experience in the minerals exploration industry and understands what it takes to turn a small junior exploration company into a strong mining house.

Brad has previously worked in key exploration roles for Ivanhoe Mines (TSX: IVN), Independence Group NL (ASX: IGO) and as Exploration Manager for Doray Minerals Limited (ASX: DRM).

Brad has a very strong technical and management background with a focus on remote greenfields mineral exploration. Brad has operated across Australia with experience in gold, base metals, iron ore, and rare earth metals exploration and throughout Mongolia exploring for large porphyry copper deposits.

Brad is currently Managing Director of Trek Metals Limited (ASX:TKM).

Toby is a geologist with 16 years global multi-commodity experience across the complete mining cycle covering exploration, development and operations. He has held senior positions at Boliden Minerals and Doray Minerals and is currently managing director of Pico Del Centro, a private company focused on the exploration of base-metal opportunities in Western Europe. Mr Wellman holds a BSc with Honors and is a member of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy.
